The Home Decor Trends We Can’T Get Enough of for 2023

Outside is In

When it comes to feeling good in life, the outdoors are always in. But they’re really in at home. Living spaces that mimic the outdoors or transition to outsides spaces seamlessly, are calming and desirable. Even if your space is small and compact in an urban jungle, there are ways to make it more biophilic by adding plants and elements of nature. If you have good windows, keep window coverings minimal to let light in. Add plants in nooks close to the windows. Add natural elements like rocks, tree clippings and driftwood from outside.

Curves

Curves are here for a while, and they make spaces feel sexy and cool. If curves aren’t part of your architecture, they can be brought in through furniture, paint and decor. Paint a curve on a living room wall or apply vinyl curved decals. Curvaceous sofas will add a big impact.

Gold and Brass

Shiny gold and brass are still on trend and give a space a sense of luxury. Look for ways you can add these metals in without a lot of effort. Swap copper or nickel cabinet hardware for shiny bronze or gold. Add mirrors framed in gold or furniture with brass bottoms or legs.

Creative Use of ColorLittle pops of trendy color in all the right places will make your space interesting. Think painted alcoves, insets of bookcases and wallpapered nooks. Create interest by painting an accent wall.
